“Unfortunately, Russia continues to conduct rocket attacks on Ukraine’s civilian population and its vital infrastructure,” said Denys Shmyhal, Prime Minister of Ukraine. About half of our energy system is disrupted.
His comments came at a joint press conference with European Commission Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis, who expressed the bloc of 27’s “unwavering support” for Ukraine.
