Bin Suwaidan warned of the danger of violating the esteem of road users, who are the top cause of deaths, as they resulted in the deaths of 10 people and the injury of 182 others with various injuries in a total of 175 accidents in the first half of this year .
He pointed out that the list of the most prominent violations also included the sudden departure of the vehicle, which is among the dangerous violations usually associated with the driver’s preoccupation with the phone, trailing behind 401 accidents in the first half of this year and caused the deaths of seven people and the injury of 245 others.
He stressed that one of the most serious violations, which the administration always warns about, is standing in the middle of the street for no reason, and that in the first six months of this year there were 7,600 violations and resulted in three deaths out of a total of only five accidents, reflecting the consequences of this behavior, which mostly ends in serious accidents.
He pointed out that care must be taken when entering the street as it is one of the serious violations monitored by Dubai Police, which totaled 3,334 and resulted in 117 accidents in the first half of this year, of which two people died and the injury of 101 others.
