The competitions of the third session of the Dubai Bicycle Challenge, one of the activities of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, yesterday attracted around 35,000 cyclists, sponsored by the DB World group and in cooperation with the Road and Transport Authority in Dubai and was held on two different routes that run between the most prominent and famous landmarks in Dubai.

The event is being held under the instructions of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, with a view to transforming Dubai into a bike-friendly city and highlighting it as one of the most active cities in the world and a excellent place to live, work and visit, with the record number of 34,897.
